Dear Chubby Buddy:

This is so frustrating. I know for weight loss to really stick, it has to come off slowly. However, in two weeks, I only lost less than a pound? What the hell? My stomach looks like I am about 4 months pregnant. Why won’t this crap go down?

Sure, I eat a lot. But I eat good things like snow peas and yogurt. Okay, if I am being honest, I did have a Wendy’s burger the other day and some potato chips. Maybe I should shut up and take the almost a pound of weight loss.

It just seems so odd because I am doing more work now then ever and nothing is happening. How could I have reached a flat line in my weight loss if I haven’t had any initial drop?

I’m so mad.
